   This course is considered one of the most important professions required by the private sector in the field of retail sales, to work in outlets in the areas such as shops, shopping centers and exhibitions. It is a qualification course of 3 months, where the trainees are trained and become qualified to work in the profession of sales and customer service and know the necessary and basic skills to display products, manage sales dialogue, conclude sales contracts, marketing, customer service, and respond to customer inquiries and objections.
